British Grand Prix Qualifying

© Mercedes F1

By Harry Schofield:

After all the build it to one of the best races of the year, finally low fuel and fat out driving around one of the fastest circuits in the world.

One of the most tightest Qualifying sessions for a long time, Valtteri Bottas took Pole Position by just  six thousandths of a second.

The British Fans was disappointed by Lewis' 2nd place but the race is all more important.

The quickest lap set in Q2 is the lap you start the Grand Prix on and Lewis has a good set of tyre’s for the race.

Pit stop strategy is all important and Red Bull will have a better good platform for tomorrows race.

Ferrari was a disappointing 3rd with Charles and Sebastian in 6th place .

The Alfa Romeo’s look really strong although with Antonio in 11th and Kimi in 12th, the cars show good race pace.
